Tool Box not updating

I have upgraded my project to Version=2019.3.917.40 but the tool box is stuck at 2019 R2  I have tried the update with Tools -> Extensions and updates but it is still stuck.  How do I get the toolbox to force an update.

The easiest way to configure your Toolbox items is by using our Toolbox Configurator wizard. You could find more information about it and how to take full advantage of it in this documentation article.  The steps below will help you to change the version of the Telerik toolbox controls: 

1. Launch Visual Studio and open your project
2. Select Telerik menu (in case you are using Visual Studio 2019, bear in mind that the Telerik extensions are registered under Extensions menu) and choose Telerik UI for WinForms sub-menu
3. Select Launch Toolbox Configurator and choose the desired product version from the "Select a new version" dropdown menu
4. Press Finish button - Visual Studio will be automatically restarted
