Hi

I have downloded the great push notification sample app from this blog http://www.icenium.com/blog/icenium-team-blog/2013/07/08/introducing-push-notifications-services-push-for-hybrid-apps-made-easy?utm_source=twitter&utm_medium=sm&utm_campaign=blog

I have deploy it to my IPhone by the use of Ion.
But i get this error "The push notification plugin is not initialized".
Has anyone deployed this sample to there phone with luck? Do i need to do any extra deployment step to get the push plugin working?

Hello Bo,

Check out the intro blog post first to get an idea of push notifications. Once you go through it, you would find that PushPlugin requires special provision and it cannot be ran without it. This means that it would not work on Ion.

Hi Adrian,

Do you use the app from the blog below or the one from AppBuilder sample projects?
Please try with the second one if you haven't. Here is an instruction how to clone it.
If you still have issue send us your project name so we can try locally, even though no errors are reported when deployed on device.
Thanks.
