Hi Zhe, see Didi's answer for more details on using the correct references and to make sure you are using at least version 2021.2.512

If you are still having trouble, I recommend that you delete all the Telerik DLLs from every project and just install the single Telerik.UI.for.Xamarin NuGet package to every project instead.

Please make sure you are using Telerik UI for Xamarin version from R2 2021 release and above. RadGabgeView was introduced in version 2021.2.512. Here are the release notes https://www.telerik.com/support/whats-new/xamarin-ui/release-history/ui-for-xamarin-r2-2021-(version-2021-2-512-480 and the blog post: https://www.telerik.com/blogs/telerik-ui-for-xamarin-r2-2021-new-badge-shadow-controls-pdfviewer-features-and-more This version and all versions above have the RadBadgeView control.

In addition, I have noticed you have added Telerik.Xamarin.Android dlls inside the shared project. These dlls are platform-specific dlls and they shouldn't be added to the shared project, only to the platform-specific project - the Android project. 

Please test the above recommendations and if the issue still occurs, open a support ticket and attach the project to it. Once we have the project on our side we can research the case further.

I will need the .net standard and android .csproj files. In this way I can research what dlls are added to the platform projects. If you do not want to share the .csproj files here in the forum, open a support ticket and attach them there.

Another approach you can try, add the Telerik UI for Xamarin references using the Telerik NuGet server and check whether this will solve the issue.
