We are now using Telerik Kendo UI Professional and developing mobile site and would like to find out whether I can include CAMERA CONTROL for users to take pictures and upload.
Please send some sample code for us to refer OR send site-link to study.

The Kendo UI Upload will automatically allow the use of the camera when the website is opened from a mobile device.
There is nothing special that you need to do, as it is already built-in. You may check the behaviour of the Kendo UI Upload on a mobile device by navigating to our official demos site at:
http://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/upload/index
