Telerik extension not working for MVC 3

I just want to know if telerik extension for asp.net mvc 2 can work with mvc 3

and if no, how can i get the telerik extension for mvc 3.

Yes, the extensions work for both MVC2 and MVC3, for both WebPages markup and Razor markup.
