Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We had a temporary issue with our downloads system and for a short period of time Progress Control Panel was not available for downloading. However, we have already fixed it and now everything seems to work fine by our side.

Could you please try again to update your Progress Control Panel and let us know in case the issue still persists?

I am looking fowrwad to your feedback.

Regards,
Yana

Hey,

I am sorry to hear that you are still facing issues with using the Progress Control Panel.

We are still working on locating the exact issue by our side. Could you please share with us some more details by generating a log from your web requests and send it over to investigate. Telerik FiddlerCap is a very convenient tool for this purpose. Here is how to use it:

  1. Download and install Telerik FiddlerCap.
  2. Launch Telerik FiddlerCap.
  3. Make sure Decrypt HTTPS traffic is selected.
  4. Click on Start Capture.
  5. Try to update the Progress Control Panel, so as to reproduce the issue
  6. Click on Stop Capture.
  7. Save the session and send over the log file (the SAZ file) to investigate it

Meanwhile, you could try to udapte your old version of the Progress Control Panel with its standalone installer, as follows:

  1. Remove the old version of the Progress Control Panel from the System Control Panel (Program -> Uninstall a program)
  2. Download the attached Progress-Control.Panel.zip file
  3. Unzip it and install it

Could you please try to perform my suggestion and let us know in case the issue still persists?

I am looking forward to your reply.

Regards,

Yana
