I have figured out how to change the StartButtonImage just fine, however where do I go to change the color of the round element behind it (And the mouseOver colors)?  I've looked at the Edit UI option and perhaps I missed it when I looked for it, but I can't find it anyways, surely it's possible to change those colors?

Hello Travis Schoening,

You could use Visual Style Builder to change to colors of the Start Button:
  1. From the RadRibbonBar's SmartTag menu, click Open Theme Builder.
  2. When in Design View mode, click the RadRibbonBar's Start Button. This will automatically select RootRadElement >> RadRibbonBarElement >> RadDropDownButtonElement >> DropDownEditorLayoutPanel >> ActionButtonElement >> FillPrimitive in the Control Structure tree.
  3. At the bottom of Visual Style Builder you can find the tabs for the various ActionButtonElement states with their corresponding colors.
  4. Either set BackColor, BackColor2, BackColor3, BackColor4 in the Expert Mode panel for every state, or do it directly from the state tabs' Appearance group.
  5. Save your theme and apply it to your RadRibbonBar.

If you need additional assistance, do not hesitate to contact me.

Best wishes,
