I know how to enable tool tips programmatically.

How can you set this up via markup?

I figured it out.

<tchart:DataSeries.Definition>
   <tchart:BarSeriesDefinition ShowItemToolTips="True"/>
</tchart:DataSeries.Definition>

Typo on my part...
