Is there a way to monitor or receive an email when service releases happen? I receive many other emails from Telerik... none of them related to changes in the product(s) we've purchased.

Hello Rick,
Telerik AppBuilder is a cloud base service, so you're always using the latest version. If you rely on the AppBuilder Windows Client or Visual Studio extension for AppBuilder, you would be notified whenever there are new versions, so that you are able to update the Windows Client/VS extension respectively. You can then review the release notes from our documentation here.
As for Kendo UI:
You can follow the release history on the relevant pages for each Kendo UI product on our site (here is the page for Kendo UI Complete). We also plan to introduce RSS feeds for our release notes in the near future, which will help you get automated updates for new releases when you subscribe to these feeds.
