how to add new points in scattered series chart dynamically which is being feed by Server using WCF service continuosly.
The newly added points suppose to be display on graph with old points as well.

Hello Sandeep,

RadChart does not support partial updates and will perform full rebind whenever its underlying data source changes (in case you are using ObservableCollection).
