I would like to implement the ability to drag and resize the HubTile controls, similar to what you can do with the live tiles in Win8 Start screen.
Can someone suggest a Win8 control that I can use in combination with Telerik's HubTile to accomplish this?

You could try to combine the RadHubTile with a GridView control which is highly customizable and can use the RadHubTile in its ItemTemplate. We have found these two articles that could help you: We have not tried the solutions in these articles, but this should give you some ideas to start from. Please, note that the functionality you want is not directly related to the RadHubTile control, but requires customization of the GridView control.
