The reminder is working fine except for it shows all appointments old and new.
Am I missing something?
Is there a parameter to set on an appointment like a "dismissed" so the reminder doesn't display it?

For those who maybe as clueless as I was.
The appointments class does have a dismissed property.

You are right that the Appointment class has a property Dismissed. The reason is that this class implements IRemindObject interface which is the owner of this property.
