Hi all,

I am having to do some server side work with the scheduler and am trying to figure out scheduler behavior and fields. I think I have it pretty well mapped and understand what is happening with RecurrenceRule, RecurrenceException, and RecurrenceId. The one I can't seem to figure out is the Recurrence field.

What gets stored in there and what triggers it?

Any information or input that anyone has would be great!

Thanks,

Chris

Hi Chris,

Actually there is no such "Recurrence" field which is required for the scheduler and it's SchedulerEvent model. Could you please elaborate more on where you met this field (our documentation, forum posts etc.)?

Thank you in advance.

Hi Vladimir,

You know that is a really good question. I started building this Scheduler from the Custom Scheduler demo. I checked there and nothing in that model. So I checked the processes that are going to be tied to this model and turns out it is field that is being used by us in staging for an import from a calendar and should not actually be in our custom Scheduler Event Model. But this does explain a lot and I should have checked the SchedulerEvent model before posting. The field name just made me thing it was part of the standard. Thanks for taking the time to point that out.
