Hello,

I'm getting a lot of errors accessing TBS today.

In the data browser, I randomly get an error that says the "Anonymous User" isn't allowed to access the data.  I'm logged in to a valid administration account, and the same operation works a moment later if I click on the same type again.

I am also receiving the error: "The page at https://www.everlive.com says:  Invalid TFIS authorization token".

Also, I'm randomly getting lots of "Server code timed out" errors.  My cloud code is tiny and valid, with no way done() isn't being called.  I have also removed all empty cloud code routines.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Kelly

Hi Kelly,

In regard to your first and second questions: after a certain amount of time of window inactivity the authorization token issued for the session to your account (TFIS token) by the Telerik Platform authorization provider may expire. These are the messages dispatched in such case. If you refresh the page from the browser or navigate to a tab in the navigation pane (that will invoke a page reload) the authorization for your platform account is re-validated and the items in the data browser can be accessed. Such behavior adheres to the current authorization logic of the Platform.

At the time of your post, some of our cloud code execution machines were behaving inappropriately (as specified on our our status page), thus resulting in a timeout of the execution of custom server code in a number of Backend projects. Please, accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Best regards,
Anton Dobrev

Mar 5, 9:00 PM MST - Everlive is not accessible - "The execution of the custom server code timed out".  The status page says everything is Operational.  Where does one report outages, please?  I hate to spend a Support ticket.

Thank you

Hi Kelly,

We are immensely sorry about the recurring problem. The same erroneous behavior was reproducing with variable frequency, affecting a portion of Backend Services projects. Our team of engineers is working steadily on delivering the sustainable resolution. Until then the 'Monitoring' flag will stay on top of our status page.

Thank you again for your understanding!
