I have created a sample project, in order to try and reproduce the mentioned behavior, but to no success. On my end, the control is correctly styled, depending on the chosen theme. I have attached it, so, could you give it a try and let me know if I am missing anything?
Also, may I ask what is the version of the used assemblies, as well as, would it be possible to double-check if the referenced assemblies are all NoXaml version?
I was able to reproduce the specified behavior, by setting the Darkcolor variation of the VisualStudio2019 theme. As a result of this, I have logged a new bug report in our feedback portal regarding this matter. You could vote for it, as well as follow it to get notified via e-mail when its status gets changed.
Additionally, I have updated your Telerik points as a token of gratitude for bringing this to our attention.
I hope the provided information will be of help to you.
