Thank you for writing.

I am not sure I fully understand your requirements, but currently RadScheduler cannot arrange its cells in the way that is shown on your screenshot. In order to achieve week overview, I would suggest using the TimelinewView with a range of 7 days and a day time scale (you can see the attached screenshot for reference). You can find more information about TimelineView on this help article.
