how can I give label positions at outside in piechatseries

We have a feature request logged for this requirement. Here are the native Android PieChart configurations that can be applied: https://docs.telerik.com/devtools/xamarin/nativecontrols/android/chart/series/chart-series-pie. You can implement a custom renderer and check the native chart.
