I am trying to create a horizontal BarSeries chart. The width of the bar should be the size of the value, but I need a background to be a different color. Much like a Stack100 barseries (NOTE: which I have not seen any example on how to get this to work yet, please post one, thanks). I then want to apply a label which overlays the bar and is 100% the width.

I am not sure I completely understand what your goal is. If you could share an image of what you need to achieve, I could suggest a more concrete solution.
