Is there a way to programmatically know once we load the chat and scroll up that we have loaded all of the messages and need to load more from the past? Like a pull to refresh.. Not able to locate any event pertaining to scroll for the control..

Hello Vidhi,

The Chat control was originally implemented mainly focusing on chat-bots and some features that are a bit more chat-room specific have not been implemented. With this, I mean that we do not have a built-in pull-to-refresh (or load-on-demand) feature.

We have a feature request logged in our feedback portal. You can follow and vote for the item at the link below

We have been asked a similar question in our forum. You can check my colleague reply and the approach he suggested at the following link: https://www.telerik.com/forums/pull-to-refresh-chatlist#E91rMRkWfUGWJ4ig7bKGgA
