[Solved] RadCartesianChart show TrackBall on touch

Hello,
   Is it possible to show the trackball line when the user touch the chart instead of touch&hold?
   Is also possible to make the trackball static in the screen until the user touch another point?

Thank you for using RadControls for Windows 8!

Unfortunately, at the moment you cannot customize the chart behaviors in the way you want (i.e. customize the gesture that triggers the behavior action). I have logged this in our Ideas & Feedback Portal where you and our community can vote for it. Also, I have forwarded your feedback to our devteam for further review and consideration how to best incorporate such customization option in the chart control.

Hi, 

Any changes to this issue in the updated package?

We're looking to allow:
1. Showing the trackball info box always. 
2. Moving the trackball info box by dragging, instead of having it align with a line (in LineSeries).

Or, instead:
React to and event, get the current location on the X axis according to touch location to display our own custom control.

Hi Erez,

Thank you for writing.

Unfortunately the ChartTrackBallBehavior does not support the functionality you need. The chart provides methods to convert data objects to physical coordinates and vice versa: Chart Properties and Configuration - the Conversion API section.
