Hello,

Sorry, I could not find category for MAUI, so that is why I am asking this question here.

I Installed Telerik UI For .NET MAUI, however there are no controls visible in the VS toolbox.

I tried adding them manually but I was not able to.

Hi Davit, I wanted to add some additional information to help prevent confusion.

There are different toolboxes... a Visual Studio one, and a Telerik toolbox. You can learn about our custom Xamarin toolbox here Telerik UI for Xamarin Toolbox... notice how that is not the Microsoft toolbox? The reason for a separate custom toolbox is a due to a limitation in Visual Studio regarding 3rd party Xamarin components)

I also wanted to clear up a misrepresentation in my prior answer. Although we do not have a toolbox for MAUI yet, we do have a Telerik MAUI VSExtensions (for VS 2022 Preview), but it only has a project wizard at this time. Learn more here Visual Studio Extensions | Telerik UI for .NET MAUI

Hello Davit,

The reason there's no category for MAUI is because UI for MAUI is not yet an officially released product. If you have future questions or trouble, you can open a UI for MAUI forums post => Questions on UI for .NET MAUI Forum | Telerik Forums

Once Microsoft releases .NET MAUI, then we will also have an update with an official product launch for Telerik UI for MAUI as well (a license will also come with Technical Support).

As to your question of Visual Studio Toolbox, there is no Telerik Visual Studio Extensions for UI for MAUI yet. This is for the same reason. The framework .NET MAUI is still is preview from Microsoft and they are making significant breaking changes every 3-4 weeks.

Once Microsoft releases it, and we can depend on the stability of the framework, we can then provide VSExtensions for it.
