As I see in http://www.telerik.com/products/aspnet-mvc/whats-new/release-history/q3-2011-sp1-version-2011-3-1306.aspx article , Q3 2011 SP1 is released...but where can we download it?

I am also having a problem downloading this release. I can see the 'What's New' page and so I click on the download. After I signin the download link does not point to 2011Q3 SP1.
Where can we get the new release from? I need some of the bug fixes that are described.

Hello,
Service packs and access to latest internal builds are available for the commercial license of the product only. The Open Source version, receive major upgrades only.
