I wonder if it was possible to have more push notification than 10,000 per month in your backend services.
If yes, what would be the limit or the costs associated with this increase?

I've also notice that Telerik doesn't sent my push notifications instantly this last 2 days.
Is it normal? If so, can we do something about that?

Is the number of push notification about how many device will be affected by the push notification or it will be by the number of request at Everlive?
I don't think I've sent more than 120 push notification, but it shows 154.

Thank you.

Hello André and Pier-Marc,

As to your questions.

The push notifications quota for your subscription can be extended with an appropriate Backend Services data plan. You can explore the available Backend Services data plans at this page, just scroll down to the "Extend your data plan" view. You can manage your data plan after logging in your Telerik account and choosing "Products and Subscriptions" > "Telerik Platform" > "Manage Data Plans".

We had minor disruptions in the work of one of our push notifications servers, which caused the delay in sending some push notifications for iOS. There are further enhancements being introduced to the push notifications infrastructure. Generally, all notifications should be processed instantly. Please, accept our apologies if this has caused any inconvenience.

About the count of notifications - sending a notification to a single device counts as a single notification. Another request that will send a notification to N devices makes for N notifications count. The total count of notifications is obtained by multiplying the notifications you created by the number of devices each notification was targeting.

Please, let us know if you have further questions.
