Hi,
The automatic update has kicked in today. It worked 'fine' but removed the Telerik.We.MVC.dll from my references. So I looked into my Telerik folder (e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Telerik\Extensions for ASP.NET MVC Q2 2011\Binaries\Mvc3). However the assemblies are from July so can not be the latest. I grabbed the latest build but get:
Could not load file or assembly 'Telerik.Web.Mvc, Version=2011.2.914.340, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=121fae78165ba3d4' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)
The dll I grabbed is version 2011.2.902.340. Where do I get 2011.2.914.340 from which seems to be newer.
Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi Christian,
Did you run the Telerik -> MVC UI Extensions -> Upgrade Wizard after you downloaded the latest hotfix?
Let me add some details:
The automated retrieval of the latest version downloads and unpacks the hotfix zip package under the %appdata%\Telerik\Updates folder. This is the special folder the Telerik MVC VSExtensions use to search for distributions and display them in the "Available Distributions" combo of the Upgrade Wizard.
The Upgrade Wizard itself is used to update the references in the project to a distribution version, different than the current one.
