I tried to add the controls to VS13, but a error messages appears "There are not components in C:\Program Files (x86)\Telerik\UI for Windows Phone 8 Q1 2014\Binaries\WindowsPhone\Telerik.Windows.Controls.Chart.dll" that can be placed on the toolBox.
Same error for the other dlls.
I tried too add manually but appears a messages saying that the controls was adding correctly but is not enable.
how can i solved this??

Currently the Telerik UI for Windows Phone does not support any controls in Visual Studio Toolbox and this is the reason why you are receiving such an error.
However, we provide a great number of Item Templates which aid the creation of pages with the most common scenarios. More information can be found on the following: LINK.
