Preview does not work in Visual Style Builder using RadTrackBar

Hi,

I've been trying to create a theme for a RadTrackBar using Visual Style Builder. However, any changes you make to the RadTrackBar properties are not reflected in the Preview mode of VSB (thus, making it very difficult to design a theme).

Is this a bug, or is the RadTrackBar not supported by Visual Style Builder?

Thank you for contacting us. Visual Style Builder should support RadTrackBar. Unfortunately, there is a problem with previewing the changes. We know that this leads to difficulties in designing new themes and we apologize for the inconvenience. Out team will do our best to provide solution of this issue in future releases. this bug is starting to annoy me aswell lol, but atleast the actual function works... just checking, but it's been more than 3 months since this post was made, i was wondering if there was an update/patch/fix to this problem

Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, there is still no fix about that issue in particular. We have concentrated our efforts on other tasks. For example, we are currently working on optimizing the performance of our controls when themes are applied.

Hi Tim,

I am glad to inform you that Q1 2011 is released and the VSB theme preview is greatly improved. Additionally, VSB has a functionality to start the newly introduced tool - ThemeViewer - which gives you the ability to preview the created theme of all RadControls for WinForms together. Telerik Visual Style builder does not work when you try a custom color. The preview is not refreshed and the theme is the same with the selecte one. There is a release date programmed for this fix?

Thank you for writing.

The issue you experience has been introduced in Q1 2012 version 2012.1.12.215 and addressed in the following 2012.1.301 Q1 2012 Refresh version. If you now download the latest version of our controls, the issue will be addressed.
