At present, the possibility of using multiples series at once is not supported by the Kendo UI Pie Chart.
Depending on what you're trying to do, there could be different approaches that might help without the need for multiple series, so I would like to hear more about what it is you're trying to achieve.
I encourage you to participate in the Feedback and Feature Request Portal in order to voice your opinion; if enough people vote on it, developers might consider adding it for future releases of the product.
