I'm currently trying to use kendo-react-pdf to save a pdf of a component. While using a pdf container does create a pdf with the objects inside, the mapped objects within the container are not included in the pdf. Any thoughts on how to get the mapped components within the PDF container to show up on the pdf that is created?

Hello, Katelyn,

Could you please share more details on these mapped objects which are missing from the PDF?

Sharing an example, or at least a screenshot of the page and the PDF with the missing element will help us better understand the scenario

Yes! So I am using a Konva canvas and mapping components (URLImages) to the canvas. The PDFContainer wraps the entire canvas, but whenever I create the pdf, only a blank canvas appears, with none of the URLImages. I have attached images of what is included in the PDFContainer, as well as the URLImage component, which relies on the Konva Image component. Additionally, I attach a photo of what the canvas should look like, after images are on the canvas on the webapp. However, when I create the pdf, as you can see, it is blank and none of the images show up.

Hello, Katelyn,

Thank you for the additional details.

I can suggest checking the PDF export limitations list to see if one of them is not affecting the results:

https://www.telerik.com/kendo-react-ui/components/drawing/limitations-browser-support/

There are limitations connected to images and SVG exports.

Stefan
