PanelBar not working in IE9

Please load the following simple panelbar example page in IE with the browser mode set to IE 9 and the the document mode set to IE 9 Standards. Not that the panelbar renders incorrectly. Can you provide feedback on what is wrong?

Here is a quote from my answer in the other thread:

I believe the issue is due to outdated version of Kendo UI - I tested your example using v2013.1.514 (as pointed in the ticket info) and everything works as expected. For your convenience here is the updated jsFiddle example - please check it and let me know if this helps or in case you have any further questions. Wish you a great day!

On a side note, in the source code of the provided page I observed you have included both kendo.all.min.js and kendo.panelbar.min.js - please have in mind kendo.all.min.js contains a minified version of all scripts and it is not necessary to include separate script files.
