Currently the RadControls suite does not include a popup notification control. However it is in our TODO list and it may appear as soon as Q2 2008 (mid year).

We, have done a lot of work to add new features and improve our RadControls for WinForms suite for Q2 2008 release. Unfortunately, we have not managed to spare some time for adding Outlook Style alert control for this release. Nevertheless, it still is in our To-Do list and will be implement in some of the feature releases.

Just wondering if there was an update on this, as I don't see it on the winforms roadmap either.

Thank you for the question. We have a tough schedule, and we still have not managed to add Outlook Style Alert in our development plan. Currently we have many task with higher priorities like the entire improvement of RadDocking for example, and I still cannot give you an exact time frame about this feature.
