Open Property Builder, the grid loses its declaration

When I go to property builder and finish, the designer.vb deletes the grid's declaration, and the only way to get it back is to delete the grid and move it back on the form. What's going on?

Apparently there is an issue with the RadGridView design-time behavior, when using the Property Builder, that we are working on. We will introduce the fix in the Service Pack 1 expected in about three weeks. If this is a show- stopper issue for you, you can open a support ticket where we can discuss a custom solution concerning your case, if possible.
