When i put the cursor before the first character of any line and click on the paragraph button then it does not work and
appears as if it is locked. However it works properly when i use it with any other character.
Need suggestion to resolve this odd behavior.

Hi Kartik,
I suggest verifying if the same issue appears with this online demo. If you are able to reproduce the issue, please provide exact steps, so that I could reproduce the same behavior on my end.
If not, I recommend upgrading to the latest available version of the Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX suite.
