Not able to see all versions in the Control Panel

Hi!

Today I became a licensed user for a Product my company has purchased from Telerik. And as I understand it I need to download and install the Control Panel to be able to manage my Telerik Products. Said and done, I've got the Control Panel up and running and I see one installed product: UI for ASP.NET AJAX, which is correct by the way.

When I select this Product and have a look at "View All Versions", I do see four available versions:
2017.2.711 (Trial installed),
2017.2.621 (disabled),
2017.2.503 (disabled) and
2015.2.623.

Why on Earth do I see just these four?

My Company uses 2016.2.607.40 (.NET 4.0) and I would like to use this.
Also, I don't want 2017.2.711 (Trial installed) as an installed trial version.

What have I done wrong or missed? I Think I did download the Control Panel without being logged on with my Telerik user account. Perhaps this made 2017.2.711 being installed as Trial.

Any input appreciated, thank you!

I've come a step further and succeeded to get rid of the trial version.

I uninstalled Telerik and downloaded the control panel from my account overview page. This way the trial version wasn't installed, and i find information about my subscription in a way I didn't do before. In other words, my bad...

But still, I see the same four versions of the product UI for ASP.NET AJAX as earlier. The only difference is that no trial version is installed.

Still missing the version we are using in my company (2016.2.607.40). Or is that version obsolete and not installable?

This issue has been solved by Telerik support.

Me not being able to see older versions of the product, was due to the fact that only available versions at the time of the purchase of the license are visible. As I understood it, it seems like Telerik can give access to older versions if needed.
