When I try to log a support ticket on my account I get following error:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Your license has expired or does not include dedicated support. Please visit Renewals and Upgrades or contact your license holder. This is due to one of the following reasons:You are not the license holder of your license. If you are the license holder:You are not assigned as licensed user for your purchase. To update the licensed users list, please go to Licensed Users List .Your 30 day trial support period has expired. If you would like to request a trial and support extension, please use the online Feedback form .The Support package associated with your license has expired. Please, visit Renewals and Upgrades for upgrade/renewal options. You can still use the available online support resources to help you with your development.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

But I have a professional subscription!
I have already created general inquire ticket: http://www.telerik.com/account/support-tickets/available-support-list.aspx
but so far I have not heard anything from your team also the response within this forum is really slow and not leading to a solution. The only reply I got was to log a support ticket which I can't do at the moment.... somewhat upsetting!
