Hello,

we are using Telerik for UI Automation of Silverlight based application.
We have end to end automation process which will install a build and run Automation test cases.

We have created one Utility(exe) which will execute All our Automation test cases using Art of test . Runner and we are launching this applications through Jenkins.

But our application is not getting launched correctly. The UI is not getting loaded on IE browser.
Please find the attached screenshot.

Also we would like to know how the Art of Test.Runner is launching the test ? like with wat profile / user or permissions ?

Is there any one facing same issue ?

Thanks,
Madhav

Hello Madhav,

I apologize for the delayed response. ArtOfTestRunner.exe should always be run as Administrator and runs Firefox under the default profile. Internet Explorer does not support multiple user profiles running under the same user account.

I take it that you do not see this IE launch issue when executing the tests directly through Test Studio. Can you confirm this? Also, please provide a copy of the same or a similar utility executable and test project that displays this behavior. It might also help to have a clean application log of this behavior. Thanks for providing the information we need to best advise you.

Kind regards,
