The "Click here to Add Item" is always on the top of RadGridView, I can't find NewRowPosition Property of RadGridView。
Also, When I Click The "Click here to Add Item",Nothing Happens.
It is not working, and never add any New Item.
Ps: My Telerik Version is Q1 2011 SP1.

Hello,
The NewRowPosition property was introduced with version Q3 2013. With any version prior to this you should set ShowInsetRow="true".

I don't find show insert row either.

Could you please specify which version of the UI for WPF controls you are using?
As specified by my colleague, the ShowInsertRow was replaced by the NewRowPosition property with Q3 2013. This has been documented in the Adding Rows article.
