When creating a new project with the "Telerik Xamarin UI Application" template it uses the Portable class library. Is there a template that uses the .NET Standard instead?

Hi David,
Double check that you have the latest version of Telerik UI for Xamarin installed (2018.2.620). The project template in that release uses .NET Standard 2.0 project for the class library.

Thanks, I submitted a ticket about it. I get a bunch of build warnings after the project is created.

Hello David,
I replied to your ticket in detail, but since my answer doesn't have any private information I thought I would share it here as well.
The reason for the warnings can be found in Stefan's reply to this forum thread.
