I want to delete one row from first template and replace that with some row of the second template.
is it possible??

Hello Vipul,
In case you would like to dynamically alter DOM elements within a Kendo template, after the Template has been initially evaluated, I am afraid, that such change would not alter the structure of the already evaluated elements.
If this is not the case, may I ask you explain a bit in detail what is the required result. A small Dojo sample would also help us understand better your scenario.
