Hi,
I have an old project using Telerik Data Access Q1 2015 and can someone send me a link to download the msi installation file so I can installed it and able to edit the rlinq file in Visual Studio 2013?

Hello Winson,
You should be able now to download Telerik Data Access Q1 2015 installer by logging into your account on www.telerik.com.
Then go do Downloads, choose Telerik Data Access Free and select the appropriate version (v 2015.1.225.) from the Versions drop-down.
