Need to download RadControls for Silverlight 2013 Q1 trial

Hi!
To check if an upgrade of our current productive RadControls version (2011 Q3) would be possible, I need a Radcontrols for Silverlight 2013 Q1 Trial version.
When I log in, I only get the newest version 2013 Q2 for download. As our customer does only support the 2013 Q1 version I need this one.

Is there a possibility to download this version anywhere?

Thank you for contacting us.

The following steps will help you to download the Trial version of RadControls for Silverlight Q1 2013:

1. Log in into your Telerik account
2. Click on Trial Downloads menu item in the Products & Subscriptions menu
3. In the RadControls for Silverlight product section click on the Download link
4. On the right of the page click on the All product versions link
5. Select 2013.1 220 product version
6. Download Automatic installation (.msi) file

I followed the same instructions but in only show 2013.2 611 in my product versions.

This means I can't download the trial version for Q1 silverlight?

I checked the link you sent, and it is only showing the latest 2015 trial to download.
I need older please.

However, I am looking for the TRIAL version.  Are these them?  They seem to be the full licensed version.

Hi,

You are right, in your account you can download the older licensed versions. As it turns out, it is the latest Trial that is only available. The size of the .zip is bigger than we can attach directly in the thread, so in case you need a specific trial binaries, would you please open a new support ticket and request the specific files you need?

Sorry, but I feel I am being blocked in many ways here:

First, according to this thread, it seems this functionality of being able to download past trials was available at one time.  Why no longer?  Why can't there be links or have included in the download area for each version licensed?

Second, as my support expired the system is not letting me open a ticket.

Third, I tried contacting support team email, and it has been DAYS back and forth!  They did not understand my request and sent me the wrong link.  Then someone else starts asking questions why I am looking for trial.  REALLY?  Now each reply is a day, so days are passing.  NOT GOOD!

Do realize that this is to telerik benefit.  The alternative is I can keep licensed copies which others might be ale to access.  I am trying to keep things safe, and I get the hassle and run around. :(

Sorry for the complaining, but
...A lot of time/effort just to get something simple.

Is there no link you can send me or some SIMPLE way to get this?  You seem more responsive than the email support.  Can you ask them to resolve this?

My name is not Daniela.  He was the one who started this thread.  I found it looking for the same thing: previous TRIAL versions.

Peter, aren't you the one who emailed me?

...I'm still waiting for the dedicated support specialist.

Please don't make me wait another day.  I have to move on and get things done!
