Multiple axes with stacked chart

Hi,

I'm trying  to bind multiple axis for stacked  bar chart.
Is it possible to show x axis series based on category axis(y)...?

Please find the below kendoui chart and silverlight chart images.
We have requirement to show chart as image2. Is it possible in kendoui..?
