MsBuild Task Examples for OpenAccessSchemaTool

Hello everyone,

I've seen this post:

but I can't seem to figure out how to setup the properties for the OpenAccessSchemaTool
task, perhaps it's my own lack of knowledge of using MsBuild

could I get some real examples of setting up this up please?

Hi Sheldon Hall,

Actually the Sales Dashboard for WinForms project is set up to use msbuild so that it can be built without having OpenAccess installed.
You can download it here:

However if you are using the new designer that we released with Q1 2010 there is another procedure :
1. on each machine where you do not have OpenAccess installed but want to be able to build projects that use it, you must have the OpenAccess.targets file in the C:\Program Files\MSBuild folder
2. in the beginning of the OpenAccess.targets file change the path to the folder that contains the sdk  folder (where the enhancer is) from the OpenAccess installation
