Hi there

I'm just starting my first winforms development using the Telerik controls (previously only used the .NET controls from Telerik) and I can't find a status strip control.

I noticed from searches that the status strip was to be rolled out with all other controls when you announced the WinControls but I can't see any mention of it anywhere after that.

Is the status strip something you are still working on or not? If not, any pointers on building one for myself?

Cheers
Paul

Hello Paul,

You are right - we announced last year that we will add a status strip in the first version of RadControls for WinForms, however we did not manage to develop it. We still do not have such control it our package. I have updated the Forum post on the beta to reflect this. I am afraid we do not know when exactly it will be released at this time.

What I can suggest is reviewing the following Forum post - it shows how you can create a custom status bar:

Feel free to share any other ideas you may have - we will be glad to discuss them here.
