Hi there.

I got a quite unusual task. I have an old winForm 2.0 Application which has no theme at all. It looks a bit like XP without luna. No designs etc.

Now I need a telerik radgrid but do NOT want any theme there. It should be as "ugly" as default

Any chance to achieve this?

Hi Ole Albers,

Thank you for writing.

All of our controls by default use the ControlDefault theme. This is the base theme and it cannot be removed. However, our suite comes with a set of predefined themes, which you can find in the toolbox and use in your application. For more information on our themes, please check this help article.

You can review all themes by using the ThemeViewer tool which we have introduced in Q1 2011. This tool is located in Start Menu >> Programs >> Telerik >> RadControls for WinForms [version] >> Tools >> ThemeViewer.

Another possibility is to create your very own theme with the powerful Visual Style Builder. For more information regarding this tool, please refer to this help section.

I hope the provided information addresses your question. Should you have any other questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

Greetings,
Stefan
