I tested the UploadCaptionSelected resource string and it works as expected on our side. If you can create a support ticket and attach a sample solution in it we will gladly take a look at it.
Going forward, I recommend submitting any technical issues which require a response from our staff as support tickets. The option to submit a support ticket is provided in your account, under “Get Support >> Contact Support Team” and the response time depends on your license. Please take a look at the different support options in the Support Plans page.
