License activation failed for @progress/kendo-react-intl

Hi Team,

We are using kendo react licences version in our web project, we have suddenly some functionality like filtering in grid are stopped working. upon investigate, we found below message in console and we suspect this might be the reason.

License activation failed for @progress/kendo-react-intl
Your license expired on 15/09/2021, 03:34:16, the package was published on 18/01/2022, 19:57:51.

We followed steps documented in below link, but still not showing filter option in grid and keep getting activation fail message. is there something we are missing here?

One of your colleagues posted this in a separate ticket. I will post my answer here for visibility as well:

Regarding both issues:

1) The license error indicates that the license files were generated with the old license. In those cases, the developer has to generate a new license and add it to the application:

That occurs because when the first license was generated we did not have information if the account will renew the license in order to extend the period.

2) The filtering not working - That is not connected with the license as the license is not a blocking feature in the application. If there is an issue with the filtering I can suggest checking if there were changes made to the application and can affect that part. If not, please share an example of the issue and I will be happy to take a look at it.
