I have tested the Kendo Vue DateInput wrapper on an Android 7.0 device with Chrome 78. It does behave as expected and the user is allowed to set the date, month and year in the component.

May I ask you to tell us what do you mean by "doesn't work"? Can you send us a short video demonstrating the issue in question? Can you reproduce the issue on the example from our documentation?

Please, note also that the current version of Chrome mobile is 78. The supported versions by Kendo widgets are the current and the previous one (in that case 77). Therefore, the Chrome version 64 that is available on the device from the image sent is not among the supported by Kendo Chrome versions.
