Kendo UI Complete

Your FAQs mention that people with a license for Telerik for ASP.NET MVC will automatically get Kendo UI for ASP.NET MVC. What about he other way around? Will those of us already with Kendo UI complete also get access to the Kendo UI for ASP.NET MVC? Or, at the very least, a discount since we already have a license to the base framework?

I would doubt it - from what I've read their plan is to slowly retire the MVC Extensions and migrate everyone over to Kendo (at least for new development). The MVC Extensions will be supported until next year with service releases and stuff but for the most part you'll be better off with Kendo UI going forward.

Hello Alexander,

Matching licenses for Kendo UI for ASP.NET MVC will be provided only for clients with active licenses for the Telerik Extensions for ASP.NET MVC. If you own a license for Kendo UI Complete, you will not receive a matching license for Kendo UI for ASP.NET MVC.
