why its looks terrible in android simulator
i mean why the buttons colors changed
why the tabstrip gone top
why the tabstrip text disappeared
can i prevent this

The behaviour you described is by design and you can test in on the demos using the OS simulator tool located at top right.
If you would like to turn off this feature, you can force a specific OS look. For more information please check this topic.
