Kendo tool tip not opening when Enter key pressed

Hi ,

I am facing the below issue.

When i click the span tag with enter key in keyboard the kendo tool tip is not opening. Below is the code

 used in Kendo tool tip .showon(Tooltipshowonevent.Click).

Hi Mohammed,

I am not sure for which span the ToolTip should be shown. Could you please provide more details? Providing a runnable example(dojo) will also be a great assistance. Examining this dojo will let us replicate the issue locally and further troubleshoot it.
